Q. Are exchanges and returns possible?
A. Due to the nature of liquor products, exchanges and returns for simple change of mind may be difficult. However, if there are issues such as damage or misdelivery, we respond promptly after verification.
Q. If there is a defect, can it be corrected or exchanged?
A. Yes. We conduct inspection before shipment, but defects may occasionally occur. If defective products are confirmed, we support re-production or exchange. However, if re-production is difficult due to product characteristics, a refund may be offered instead. ※ Only cases reported within 7 days of receipt are processed. Minor variations that may occur in the production process may not be considered defects. Detailed criteria vary by product.
Q. Can I specify a preferred delivery date?
A. Yes. Within feasible range based on schedule and shipping conditions, we assist with shipment to match your preferred date.
Q. We ordered too many. Can we return only part of the quantity?
A. Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns and partial refunds for simple change of mind are difficult. All products are produced individually per customer request and are difficult to resell. However, for quantities confirmed as defective, exchange or re-production is possible under separate criteria.
